Refund policy

Once you receive your order, please thoroughly check the delivered items immediately! If you believe an item is missing/defective/not part of your order or, not the right size, please contact our Customer Care Service 240.377.8544 within (2) days of delivery or let us know by sending email to shopturninheads@yahoo.com with the below information to be APPROVED for a return:

• *Customer Name
• *Order Number
• *Reason for returning

EXCHANGES- are only granted when APPROVED and returned postmark is no more than (5) calendar days after the package was delivered or package will be rejected and returned back to sender. If the same item is not available a credit refund will be issued for a future purchase. All credit refunds are good for (90) days only and will expire on the 90th day at 11:59 pm.   

(SWIMSUITS, BODYSUITS AND MESH JUMPSUITS, AND ON SALE ITEMS CAN NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED),

(ACCESSORIES CAN NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED)

(ON SALE AND MARKDOWN ITEMS ARE NOT ABLE TO BE RETURNED or GIVEN CREDIT BUT CAN BE EXCHANGED IF ANOTHER SIZE IS AVAILABLE IN THE SAME ITEM PURCHASED).

Pre Orders with other items should be ordered separately due to shipping cost or all items will have to ship when pre orders arrive.

Double check address and apartment numbers when ordering. If it is returned for incorrect address you will have to pay for reshipping. You will be notified of the return. You can pay by cash app or a credit refund code will be issued for the items in order to pay for the shipping. Local pick up must be picked up in within 24 hours or will be refunded minus a restocking fee of 30%.

We will work with you to correct the order as quickly as possible so that you can show off your #THSHOWSTOPPER. All merchandise returned must be unworn, odorless (no smoke, food etc.), unwashed, stainless, and still have the original tags attached.  We are happy to issue you a refund in the form of a credit for use on a future purchase. Refund credit will be notified via email within two days after item is received
